Senior Consultant Oracle Fusion (P2P)/(O2C)

Work youll do
We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Consultant Oracle Fusion P2P (Procure-to-Pay)/O2C (Order to Cash )to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Procurement and Payables modules, coupled with a strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and order to cash processes and industry best practices.

Required Skill

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion P2P/O2C modules (Procurement, Payables, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Inventory,Order management etc.).
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, design and document functional specifications, and create test cases.
Configure Oracle Fusion applications based on client requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and data migration activities.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and UAT with business users.
Support clients in post-go-live stabilization and provide production support.
Act as a subject matter expert for P2P/O2C processes and Oracle Cloud best practices.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and recommend necessary changes.

Preferred skills

5-8 years of experience in Oracle applications with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion P2P/O2C modules.
Strong functional knowledge of P2P/O2C processes including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and supplier management.
Experience in full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Proficient in Oracle Cloud P2P/O2C modules
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing client communications.
Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle Cloud Certification in Procurement is a plus.


Oracle Cloud certification(s) preferred.


Qualification

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Oracle Cloud certifications (preferred).
